Polymer Processing Additive - T1001PP

PPA-T1001PP is a highly advance fluoropolymer based polymer processing additive specially designed for use at very low levels (typically 100–1000 ppm) to improve processing of thermoplastics, it does not alter or detract from the good physical properties associated with high strength plastics, PPA-T1001PP highly effective in polypropylene resins.

Storage and Packing :

PPA-T1001PP should be stored in a clean dry environment at temperatures below 40°C to prevent agglomeration and ensure long-term storage. Packing available in 30kg box.

Masterbatch Producer : Direct addition recommended 2 to 5%

End User Application : PP sheet, BOPP Films. Molding application both injection molding, Blow molding, PP raffia, PP Pipe extrusion, PP Recycle.

Note : Apply in high melting temperature polymers between 270 °C to 300°C (PP) only, not recommended to apply in polyethylene (PE)
